CARDIO KICKBOXING- Thursday 6:30pm-7:30pm

Cardio Kickboxing blends athletic drills with martial arts to create an intense cardiovascular workout. You can burn as many as 500 calories in a one-hour class and achieve a total body workout.

BODYPUMP- Monday 8:30am, Wednesday 8:30am
BodyPump is a barbell based strength training class that will pump up your fitness level and help change the shape of your body!

STEP AEROBICS - Monday 5:30pm-6:00pm
An aerobics class using the Step. Step aerobics burns more calories than traditional aerobics with particular emphasis on hips, thighs, abdominals, and buttocks. 
ABS & GLUTES - Tuesday 5:30pm-6:00pm
The focus of this class is on the abdominals, buttocks and hips. A wide variety of exercises are used to target the muscles in these areas with the intent to tone and strengthen.
